1937 Martin 00-40H – TR Crandall Guitars

1937 Martin 00-40H in excellent condition.  This was expertly converted from Hawaiian to Spanish with a neck reset, fingerboard radiused and refreted, exact repro bridge and nut cut down.  It is a stunning guitar with no issues of condition or structure.  This is towards the end of the run for the Hawaiian guitars and falls right in the middle of the best ever period for Martin guitars.  The original finish is bright and in great shape.  The pearl work around the top is exquisite.  Top grade Brazilian back and sides combined with an Adirondack spruce top and scalloped bracing make for a wonderful sounding instrument.  A fine instrument in every regard.  Includes high quality TKL case.
