358 Winchester Brass: We Offer Both New and Once Fired Brass in 358 Winchester Once Fired Brass: The once fired brass has been magnetically screened, machine sorted and meticulously hand inspected. Brass is comprised of mixed headstamps, both nickel and brass casings. We package all our once fired brass in vacuum sealed bags. We do this to preserve the brass and inhibit future tarnishing and corrosion. Polished Brass: (50) The brass has been polished in stainless steel chips for a very clean and shiny finish inside and out. We Now Decap All Our Polished Brass at BB&A. We do this so that we can provide you a primer pocket that is clean and shiny for your reloading project. Remanufactured Brass: New to The Shop! This 358 Winchester remanufactured brass is fully processed and ready to load. The remanufactured 358 Winchester brass is made from once fired 7.62 NATO Brass (308 Winchester). We chose this brass because of its strength and that it would be less likely to get mixed up with factory brass and ammo. We do the following making this brass: Cleaned Ultrasonically Annealed Decapped, Swaged Roll Sized Full Length Resized To 358 WIN Specifications Trimmed to SAAMI Standard Polished in Stainless Steel chips to provide a clean and shiny finish, inside and out. New Brass: (50 & 100) New unfired, unprimed brass from various manufacturers in 50 count packages . This brass is unfired and unprimed. Additional Services: You can select from the following additional services for preparing your brass. All of these procedures help improve the consistency and accuracy potential of your brass. Please add 1-2 business days to the normal delivery time for these options. We offer these options on an on-demand basis. Chamfer & Deburring: We can chamfer and deburr the necks of your brass. Annealing: Annealing helps extend your case life and helps provide more consistent case sizing. UltraSonic Cleaning: We clean your brass in our commercial ultrasonic cleaner with our own unique cleaning solution. While it is not polished, it is VERY clean and ready for your press. Your polishing time should be significantly reduced since all the carbon, dirt and all-around jungle funk is removed during the ultrasonic cleaning. This is a great add-on when purchasing Raw brass. Primer Pocket TLC: Our latest option. Your brass is first decapped and then we perform the below procedures. Flash Hole Deburred: This removes any burrs that are formed when the brass is formed. Primer Pocket Uniformed: When the primer pocket is uniformed, the primer pocket is cut to a uniform depth and also squares the bottom of the pocket in relationship to the case head. Primer Pocket Cleaned: Lastly, the primer pocket is brush cleaned of any soot, dirt and trash that remains in the primer pocket. The primer pocket is bright and clean.
