lt;p>This class gives elementary aged yogis an opportunity to build their focus, strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and self-management while also engaging in a creative art project! Using games, music, and activities, this class explores yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness, mind-body connection, emotions and self-calming tools, and more while still being playful and fun! This class will include a small art project as well as we explore strategies to cope with stress and difficult situations. Open to all aged 6-10 who have finished at least Kindergarten, no yoga experience needed.</p>
