When called on, Ogun comes to the plight of his followers, blessing and protecting them. Ogun has a protective nature, like a loving and overprotective father. Black glass beads, gold plated cowrie shells, a gold zinc cowrie shell, and plated Hematite Stone threaded on beading wire. 3, 7, and 21 are Ogun's Orisha numbers. Offerings: roosters, pigeons, green plantains, rum, cigars, toys, and white beans.
