Place a white sheet of paper on the ground and carefully outline the shape of your foot. Do this for both legs. Then measure the outline in a straight line from the end of the heel in the middle to the end of your longest toe. It is advisable to do this in the late afternoon or evening because your feet are rested in the morning. Consider the measures of the longer foot because the feet of the left and right foot always have a difference. Add half or one centimeter to the size you received for maximum comfort for your feet. For example, if you have measured your longer foot 24 cm, then you should choose a size with an insole length of 24.5 cm. In the evening and in the morning the size of the legs can be different. It is recommended to measure your foot in the evening. The length of the foot is not equal to the length of the insole - it should always be larger, but how much - depends on the type of shoe. With closed shoes (boots, boots and sneakers), the length of the insole is usually 0.5 cm longer than the length of the foot (for comfort) - this does not mean that the model is enlarged !!! For summer models with open toes (sandals and slippers), the length of the foot can be equal to the length of the insole from the table.
