We are a full service, True Pilates studio offering private, semiprivate, and small group classes – all on Gratz apparatus. Our lineage is through Romana Kryzanowska, who was chosen by Joseph Pilates to maintain and teach the integrity of his system of exercises after he was no longer able. Our aim is to provide a well rounded Pilates practice to all. Whether you are an accomplished athlete, or a beginner on your quest for vitality, we can help you accomplish your goals.
