Shipping charges are ridiculous ($14.99 for a $69 sweater) but it was a Christmas gift specifically picked out my the recipient so I paid. When the sweater didn't fit and I had to return, they charged another $10. So from the get-go, I am out $25 plus no refund yet. They lied to me over and over about processing my refund.
