What is a drop sleeve? A drop sleeve garment is any garment where the shoulder seam is exaggerated and "drops" off the wearer's shoulder (like Roseability, shown left). Imagine wearing a jumper five sizes too big: that shoulder seam is going to be too wide and drop down, hitting you somewhere on the upper arm.
