The Atrium Yoga Studio offers yoga classes and workshops that are designed to grow with each individual. Offering experiences from power creative vinyasa to pre-natal classes, our hope is to provide a variety of offerings for the lifetime of our students. Regardless the season of their life, there is a healing movement experience for each student at The Atrium Yoga Studio. Creative vinyasa, intentional music, heart-felt messaging and devotion to the roots of the ancient practices of yoga are the main pillars of The Atrium Yoga experience.
