The traditional dhaka fabric from Nepal is handwoven and all the buckles are handmade. The main compartment is closable with a cord. Besides the big main compartment there is a smaller inner pocket where keys, a phone or a purse can be zipped away inside the yoga bag which makes it easier to keep track of them. The shoulder strap is versatile and can be changed to any length which suits you. A great additional feature on this bag shows the artisan whom handcrafted the bag personally!

Produced by: The dhaka is handwoven by a small scale women’s enterprise in the east of Nepal. The buckles are all handcrafted by artisans in Kathmandu. The backpack is sewn together by the Battiayo team and sometimes we get help from a small family run business if we need to speed up our production. We have been working with all of them for many years.
