Sack like Growth in the ear Images

People with long standing fluid in the ear can develop cholesteatoma. This is a skin lined sack that is pulled into the middle ear by negative pressure.

This lump has been growing behind my ear for over a week now and it's very tender and painful. Anyone know what this is? : r/medical
