The game's graphical style is reminiscent of old-school 'low-poly' games and also features a projection of the player within the 3D world.

The game includes several fitness mini-games such as:

Abs Zapper
Piano Step
Push Them Up
Squat to the Moon

Players can save replays of their workouts and play against a projection of themselves from the past. They can also play against Shape Up coaches. Sessions can be short or have long-term goals.
