The makeup look at DKNY at spring-summer 2014 New York Fashion Week was all bright and fresh-faced and totally lovely, and I got the makeup artist behind it, Charlotte Willer, to spill a couple of secrets as to how she created it. The first secret is that the gorgeous flush on the cheeks came not from a blush but a lipliner—Maybelline ColorSensational Lip Pencil in Red #50 to be exact. It's unexpected, but she says it melts into the cheeks so well that you end up with the most natural cheek stain ever.
