The leg plate is much smaller and more inconspicuous than the standard leg plate and for the fixation on the thigh only one elastic strap is provided, which is positioned in the middle. This makes it possible to wear the thigh holster very far up. The weight of the holster now interferes much less when running or fast movements. The holes in the leg plate provide space for a weapon holster with UBL hole spacing. Vertical holes in the DFA allow for 35mm of height adjustability.
