Where to locate your MindTap Course Key

The first step is to open MindTap and click on the dropdown menu next to your name in the upper right corner.. Click About. Click Support Information. This is where you will find your Course Key. This is a unique identifier for your MindTap course. Tech Support and other Cengage employees might need this Course Key to help resolve Tech Support issues.
