Hello I am Tenisha Camille Jackson with Yoga with Tenisha Camille.My love for yoga begin over 6 years ago, when I took my first class at a fundraiser event in Oklahoma City, OK.I have learned that by practicing yoga , it has allowed me to find a place of contentment, self awareness and mind -body connection.Encouraging every student to take a path in their own way at at their own pace, to modify if needed and to honor how they feel at all times.I find complete joy, satisfaction and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal yoga journey and hopes to nurture and my goal is to encourage and nurture every student along the way.Namaste,Tenisha Camille
