I believe this is the location of the Longbranch Saloon for some of the episodes of Gunsmoke. The Johnson Canyon western town movie set is one of only a few historical movie sets still standing in the West. Unfortunately this once-famous outdoor set, now quite dilapidated and falling down. It looks like it is one heavy snow away from becoming just a collection of old wood piles. It was used in several western movies in the thirties and forties. It was also the location where about 20 episodes of "Gunsmoke" were made. The locations include Longbranch Saloon, Doc
