The tubular insert helps to improve patellar tracking and relieve pain, and applies focused, mild pressure on the tendon below the kneecap. The Adjustable strap is designed to improve patellar tracking with uniform pressure, and is recommended for patellar tendonitis, chondromalacia (irritated kneecap) and Osgood-Schlatter’s Disease.
