Rochester, N. Y. - Sunday, the mayor of Rochester condemned the actions of police officers in a newly released video from the Rochester Police Department. The video, released Sunday morning, shows police officers responding to a family trouble call on Avenue B. When they arrived on the scene Friday afternoon, they found a 9-year-old girl walking down the street. Police claim the girl was suicidal and posed a threat to others. They tried to restrain the girl, but she refused to comply.
