Nude Yoga with Rosie | March 16 2024 Perth Naked Awakening (SOLD OUT) - Do you desire to create a deeply loving, accepting and kind relationship with your naked body? Attending a Nude Yoga workshop offers a safe space to gently strip back layers of clothes & limiting beliefs and return to feeling liberated, free, vulnerable & empowered. Naked Awakening is a 3.5 hour women's rewilding workshop created by Rosie Rees in 2014. The event facilitates the unravelling and re-wiring of societal conditioning that tells us our bodies are not worthy or good enough. Women re-learn how to fall back in love with themselves and feel empowered in their body through the art of meditation, breath-work, yin yoga and partner vulnerability practices. Taught in a private, candle-lit yoga studio we come together in a circle (not rows) and leave feeling deeply connected with our sensual self and community. Bring 2 x towel, yoga mat (if you have), sarong/robe, journal & water. *women & vulva-owners Arrive from 5.15pm
