Ashtanga yoga is a Hatha style yoga as taught by Sri. K Pattabhi Jois, of Mysore, India. Our classes are Ashtanga vinyasa style.

Located in Kittery, Maine, Yoga East was founded in 2001 and is one of the most well established Ashtanga Yoga Shalas in the Northeast.
