Step 3: Bend your right arm so that your hand touches your back in the center between your shoulder blades.Step 4: Take your left hand and grasp your right elbow, gently pulling on your arms to stretch the tricep.Step 5: Hold for desired amount of time. Step 6: Relax the stretch and switch sides.
